Mr. Aarush Gandhi serves as a Senior Manager for Express Global Logistics (EXG), part of the core leadership of the company. At EXG he oversees the Finance, Technology and HR Teams with a focus on building processes to scale the company.
After graduating from Northwestern University with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Aarush started his career in finance in New York working at BlackRock, one of the largest investment companies globally. His firm belief in the future of India and the entrepreneurial potential in the country prompted him to return from the US in 2021. He then spent 6 months working in the Government of India in the office of the Minister of Commerce and Industry. In his role he covered research on key Free Trade Agreements, India’s COVID Response and Start up Policy.
Aarush will serve as the CEO of Express 3PL, working to develop the strategic vision for the company while overseeing the day-to-day operations. He believes that the rise in manufacturing in India and an increased awareness of supply chain risks post COVID will drive the demand for professionally run and tech driven logistics services in India.
Mr. Nailesh Gandhi (Director)
Nailesh Gandhi serves as the Director for Express Global Logistics (EXG) and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm. With over two and half decades of experience in the field of logistics, he has been instrumental in the success of EXG's growth story.
He has been associated with EXG since 1991 and has since spearheaded the company's expansion into Project Logistics, Warehousing, Liquid Transportation and 3PL.
Under his leadership EXG established a Pan India and international presence while expanding business with its loyal customer base.
He has actively been involved with various Logistics industry bodies and associations in an effort to move the logistics industry forward. He served as the president of the Bombay Custom House Agents' Association (BCHAA), President of AMTOI,
Trustee of JPNT and Mumbai Port Trust, and Vice Chairman of Federation of Freight Forwarders Association.
In recognition of his business leadership and outstanding contributions to the logistics industry, he was awarded the 'Logistics Professional of the Year' by the All India Maritime and Logistics Awards in 2018.
